  • How do I claim?

    Simply send in a completed claim form along with your receipt to our office and we will process your claim with payment made within 3 to 5 days.

  • Can I claim straightaway?

    You can claim after 12 weeks of membership.

  • Are pre-existing conditions covered?

    Pre-existing conditions are covered by the Orchard health cash plan

  • Can I cover my family?

    The Orchard Healthcare family health cash plan provides cover for two adults and all dependent children.
